Dr. Susan T. Bridges has practiced with West Augusta Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2000. She graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, completed her internship at the Medical College of Georgia, and worked her residency at Phoenix Integrated Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology located in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr.Bridges has been a Fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2003. Also, Dr.Bridges has had the privilege of serving as Medical Staff President physician member of the Board of Trustees for Doctors Hospital of Augusta. Dr. Bridges is married with two children and two pets. When time allows she enjoys reading, gardening, and fishing.
Dr. Rebecca Mecredy has lived in Augusta for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She practiced retail pharmacy for one year before entering medical school. She received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Completing her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, she served in the U.S Army Medical Corps with her last assignment being at Eisenhower Army Medical Center. Dr. Mecredy is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 1994. Dr. Mecredy and her husband, Dr. Tim Mecredy, live in Martinez with their dog. They have two grown children and two grandchildren. She is a member of Vineyard Church of Augusta where she serves as a small groups coordinator and is on the spiritual formation leadership team. She enjoys gardening, bicycle riding, and spending time in the mountains.
Erin Jones, PA-C, MPAS, was raised in Jefferson County, Georgia and received an undergraduate degree in Biology from Georgia College & State University. Erin received a Master of Physician Assistant studies from Medical College of Georgia in 2011. Erin is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Erin and her family reside in Jefferson County, Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake, reading, gardening, and caring for her chickens.
Kristen Beaufort, P.A., was raised in the area. She went to Clemson University for her undergraduate degree and then completed her Masters of Physician Assistant training at the Medical College of Georgia. Kristen has worked in Women’s Health since 2008 and considers it a blessing to be able to help other women. Kristen is married to Daniel and they have two children, a son and a daughter. When Kristen is not at work, she enjoys exercising, spending time with family & baking yummy treats. Kristen loves to travel to new places with friends and family and she loves to learn new things.
